CONCEPT

The building plot has an oblong elongated shape and one of the sides adjoins the reservoir. The main house adjoins one of the longitudinal sides of the site, thereby, thereby revealing the entire courtyard.
We were given several tasks: – not to get out of the environment with architecture and design; – make the most comfortable home from natural materials.
There were also a number of technical requirements, such as: to provide a smart home system, to make a supply and exhaust ventilation system, to provide an automatic lawn watering system, etc.

ARCHITECTURE

The area of the main house is 500 sq.m. and has two floors. On the ground floor there is a garage, a common room with a second light, 6-meter stained-glass windows and a fireplace room, as well as a kitchen area. Bedrooms are concentrated on the second floor.
The second building is a sauna and a security house. We also designed a 15-meter outdoor pool on the territory.
Our main task was not to stand out from the surroundings of nature with the design of the facades and to use natural materials such as stone and wood.
